Valerie Jan Regan of Euless, Texas went home to the Lord on September 12th, 2026. Val was born in Waco, Texas to Hubert and Genevieve Staggs. Val grew up in Irving, Texas and graduated from MacArthur High School in 1969. After High School Val married Joe Regan on April 7th of 1989. Val loved many things bit most of all she loved her family. She loved to be outside, painting her nails, and butterflies.

Val is survived by her mother: Genevieve Staggs of Irving, Son: Zachery Regan and Wife Mercedez of Fort Worth, Grandchildren: Isabella and Noah Regan, Brother: Layne and Viki Staggs of Chandler, Sister: Genine and Billy Fisk of Irving, she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. The family extends its sincere thanks to family and friends that have been by Val's side throughout her life.
